Technical Principle
Inspired by the unique hair structure of silver ants in the Sahara Desert, Chuang Cheng Technology independently developed multi-component and multi-scale nanoparticle materials through deep integration of the principles of material science, optics and heat transfer to achieve efficient sunlight reflection and mid-infrared radiation through the atmospheric window. The sunlight reflectivity and mid-infrared radiation rate are both as high as 95%, effectively reducing sunlight heat absorption and promoting thermal radiation emission, and realizing zero energy consumption refrigeration without external power supply and refrigerant. This technology breaks through the technical bottleneck that the traditional thermal insulation coating is difficult to achieve more than 90% reflectivity, leading the industry.
