's joint venture company TERRACOOL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.(joint venture with I2COOL TRADE DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.) Relying on the research team of City University of Hong Kong and Nanyang Technological University, and based on the patent of non-electric refrigeration technology, it develops innovative cooling products adapted to tropical climate, achieving zero energy consumption refrigeration and cooling effect up to 42°C, which is suitable for construction, electric power, new energy, logistics, grain storage, photovoltaic, chemical industry, etc, covering more than 30 countries and regions around the world, while accelerating the promotion of diversified commercial technologies such as refrigeration paint, ceramic tiles, and temperature-controlled textiles. Such technologies can effectively reduce carbon emissions, support green certification in various fields such as buildings, factories and homes (green mark certification), and provide customized solutions for the decarbonization goals of government and enterprise customers. Since 2016
In 2016, we invested in the research and development of passive radiation cooling technology, inspired by the silver ants in the Sahara Desert.
In 2020, the electric refrigeration technology obtained multiple international patents.
In 2021, won the highest honor of "Special Commendation Gold Award" at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition in Switzerland. -
Moving from the laboratory to the market
In March, received CityU HK Tech 300 seed funding to transform academic research into practical applications.
In June, the Hong Kong company was established.
In November, the first commercial product without electric cooling coating iPain was successfully launched and applied to the historic building of the Central Market in Hong Kong.

Collaborative development of the Greater Bay Area
In February, obtained CityU HK Tech Angel Investment Fund.
In May, we received angel round investment from Guohong Jiaxin.
In June, the Shenzhen company was established and a 6000 square meter joint venture factory was set up in Guangzhou, which was fully put into operation.
In August 2022, selected as one of the 100 most noteworthy companies in the Forbes Asia Pacific region.

Scientific research and business advancing simultaneously
In March, won the gold medal in the 2nd TERA Award Carbon Future Smart Energy Innovation Competition.
In March, the product was launched in the Middle East market and applied in multiple projects such as Emaar's Dubai Shopping Center and EIH Group's containers.
In May, we reached a cooperation intention of over ten million yuan with LHS, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi EIH Group, to promote market expansion in the Middle East region.
In August, we obtained Pre-A round financing from investors including Silicon Harbor Capital, HKX Qianhai Fund, and Clearwater Bay Fund;
In November, we obtained Pre-A+round financing from Silicon Harbor Capital as the investor.
In November, the latest research achievement on refrigeration ceramics was published in Science.

Comprehensive upgrade of electric refrigeration products
In April, the non electric cooling coating iPain was fully upgraded and customized solutions were launched in multiple fields.
In May, it received a billion yuan Series A financing, with investors including Huixin Chen Capital, Bian An Era Technology Holdings, Hong Kong China Gas, and multiple old shareholders joining in.
In June, selected for the Industry University Research 1+Plan, launched the research and development of a new generation of radiation refrigeration.
In June, the Shenzhen company settled in the Shenzhen branch of the Hong Kong Science Park, unleashing new momentum for Shenzhen Hong Kong collaboration.
